Building A Better Bloke
I've been a fan of Sam De Brito for a number of years. Well not a fan, just a guy who thinks another guy has his shit together and wouldnt doink your lady-friend behind your back.
Sam's just released his second book which goes by the title of 'Building A Better Bloke - Become the man women want'. It's a tale of what it takes to be a man's man in the world of today. Being a bloke is about being authentic, daring and having a strong frame of reference to name a few.
This is a good light hearted read for those of you who are intested in a fullfilled and happy existance in the world of women.

Knitted Ties
I was walking past Ralph Lauren this morning here in cold but sunny Melbourne and noticed a couple of kick-ass suits in their window. One of of the manaquiens was a black knitted tie, with a squared off bottom.
I have to admit, these are growing on me. On a well fitted suit, I think we could have a winner.
