Hip to be square, a pocket square
Spring Racing Carnival is in full flight at the moment, which means men in suits and women in over priced hats and fascinators.
One accessory which seems to be missing from many a mans attire is the silk pocket square. For shame. The pocket square has to be one of the most underrated accessory for a suit. Whether you’re going formal or doing the advertising exec without a tie, the pocket square really makes someone stand out.
Start with white, then move onto spots and colours to match your shirt or socks. Make sure you learn proper pocket square folding techniques too.
