Australian Fashion: Premonition
Fashion week is always hit and miss. The clothing is either top notch or not fit to wash your car in. Seems to be always be polarized in my meagre opinion.
However local designer ‘Premonition’ has to receive top marks from D’Marge for their recent showcase at the 2010 Rosemount Australian Fashion Week. Whilst their style is somewhat reminiscent of Dsquared, it’s still tough, masculine and doesn’t require the common hipster waif physique to pull it off. The boxing boots were a cool touch, as were the dudes with stickers. Sure it’s mainstream, but you won’t look like a lamp shade in it.
Looking forward to seeing more of this brand in the future.
