HYT H1 – Hydro Mechanical Driven Watch

HYT H1 – Hydro Mechanical Driven WatchHYT – short for Hydro Mechanical Horologists – has taken watchmaking to new heights with the HYT H1, a stunning concept watch that incorporates a bellows and miniature pistons system.  Their debut piece is notable for many reasons, but it’s the method of displaying time that is really revolutionary: the minute hand is driven by gears, the second hand is modeled after a fluid turbine, and the hours are indicated by a ring of florescent liquid on the dial’s face that’s pumped by visible bellows attached to miniature pistons.  It’s truly a mechanical masterpiece.
