Belvedere Unfiltered x GQ Speakeasy [PHOTOS]

Melbourne’s most stylish gathered at the GQ Speakeasy at Mon Bijou to preview Belvedere Unfiltered, the whiskey drinker’s vodka. Hosted by Claire Smith Belvedere Vodka’s Head of Spirit Creation and Mixology and Nick Smith, Editor of GQ Australia, guests were treated to an evening of music, style and three specially designed Belvedere Unfiltered cocktails; the Signature Martini, Cucumber Smash and GQ Manhattan. Waitresses dressed as 1920′s flapper girls served delicious canapés that were selected to compliment the Belvedere Cocktails, while a sultry vocalist accompanied by the double bass added a melodic touch to the speakeasy atmosphere.

 

While guests enjoyed their cocktails, Claire Smith, the mind behind Belvedere Unfiltered discussed the best way to enjoy her latest creation. Claire suggested drinking Belvedere Unfiltered on the rocks, “not only does it look sexy”, says Claire but it’s the best way to enjoy the smooth rich taste of the vodka.

 

Belvedere Unfiltered is the latest addition to Claire Smith’s list of creations which include Belvedere Pink Grapefruit and most recently Belvedere Bloody Mary.
