Small Bar tour for the launch of the Ketel One Modern Craft Project – a quest to identify and support Australian craftsmen who bring traditional skills into the modern day. There’s a life changing $100,000 legacy up for grabs, awarded to the individual who has really turned their passion for a traditional craft into a contemporary masterpiece. We were stoked to see our favourite Dutchman, Bob Nolet back in action for the event. Bob’s the 11th Generation Distiller of the Nolet Family, Creators of Ketel One.
Special food highlight of the night was Gelato Messina’s Ketel One Dirty Martini ‘monoporzione’ created especially for the Modern Craft Project. This bite sized concoction fused vermouth gele with a green olive sorbet and Ketel One vodka, encased in a pimento chocolate shell.
