The classic silhouette of the stars is getting a technical makeover in 2015 with the announcement of the Converse Jack Purcell Signature sneaker featuring 18 new innovations. Externally the shoe maintains the classic look and feel of the traditional Jack Purcell, but the shoemaker is spruiking that the Signature edition adds technology, comfort and versatility like never before.
What you get in the Signature sneaker is a sturdy two-ply duck canvas construction and a streamlined toecap for exceptional added comfort. The list of features don’t just stop there. There’s also the Herringbone patterned sole, a non-slip canvas heel, premium detailing such as polished aluminium eyelets, a winged tongue and a sweet Ortholite footbed with embedded Nike Zoom Air Technology amongst a host of other unique design cues.
As the most premium expression of Jack Purcell to date, the black and white sneakers are naturally crafted to some of the most premium standards Converse has seen to date.
The Converse Jack Purcell Signature will be available for RRP $130 from next Thursday February 12 from the Converse Melbourne Central Flagship Store, converse.com.au and other select retailers.
