We lied. There’s actually no fighting going on in this spacious Tribeca loft. There is some genuinely cool interior design though and the space used to be a 18th century soap factory. The loft was conceived by architect Andrew Franz and serves as a tribute to the natural world amongst the concrete jungle of New York.
This meant maintaining most of the factory’s original structure including the rustic wooden beams and exposed brick walls to enhance the space’s texture. If that’s not green enough for your liking, there’s also a plant-filled solarium on the rooftop entertainment area with city skyline views to boot. We think the owner’s name is Tyler Durden.
