Porsche have no shortage of variants when it comes to their venerable range of rear-engined steeds. With this in mind, the Stuttgart company has just introduced Black Editions of their 911 and Boxster sports cars. The Black Edition Boxster crams in a reported $15,000 in extra gear in the form of 20-inch Carrera Classic alloy wheels, Porsche’s Dynamic Lighting System, black rollover bars, sports steering wheel, auto-dimming mirrors, embossed Porsche emblem on the seats and signature Black Edition logos on the door guards.
The 911 is slated to get an even heftier upgrade in the form of $25,000 worth of extra goodies. Coming in an option of two body styles, the coupe and cabriolet will also give drivers the option of rear-and all-wheel drive.
911 Carrera aficionados will get full-leather upholstery, 20-inch 911 Turbo alloy wheels, LED headlights with PDLS, reverse-view camera and front and rear parking sensors, embossed Porsche emblems on the headrests, and Black Edition logos on the door guards.
