#3 1958 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Competizione ‘Tour de France’ by Scaglietti

The vintage car gods have smiled on us yet again, this time releasing the stunning Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta onto the market. The car which will be signed off by RM Sotheby’s  is expected to fetch anywhere between £4,500,000 – £5,500,000. Why so expensive?

The 250GT LWB Berlinetta is one of the most sought after cars to ever come out of the Maranello plant as it helped the prancing horse establish its name in GT racing class. It features a 3.0-litre Colombo V12 that cranks out a respectable 263hp.  Coachwork was masterfully crafted by Paninfarina and the car hand-built by Scaglietti.

#4 Shimao 5 Star Wonderland Hotel

Weird name for a hotel but there’s nothing weird about Shanghai’s upcoming hotel that’s built into the side of a former rock quarry. The stunning building which is currently being constructed takes in all of the unique space’s cliffside scenic views. The stunning hotel will house 380 rooms over 19 stories. Two of those floors will rise above the landscape whilst a few levels will sit below the land’s surface from the original quarry.

#5 Siva Atom Bicycle USB Charger

Given that our phones go everywhere we do these days, it was only a matter of time before someone created a phone charger for the bike which generates current through a rider’s peddling. The device attaches to your bike’s rear hub and converts kinetic energy into electrical energy for your phone of USB-laden device. Resistance is said to be kept at a minimal whilst the device is also water resistant. Puddles never looked this fine.
