Forbes have continued to document one of the most intriguing topics of the modern music landscape – who are the world’s highest paid DJs.

Carrying on his unflappable momentum from last year, it should be no suprise that EDM juggernaut Calvin Harris has again topped the world DJ earnings in 2015 with his eclectic mix of digestible collaborations. US$66 million is what the Scotsman sees in his bank account this year, almost doubling the takings from his closest competitor in second place.

Although Harris has played less shows on the world DJ circuit in 2015, his performance fees have increased allowing him to edge his total earnings out even further. And incase you’ve been sleeping under a rock, Harris is also dating one of this generation’s most lucrative women in entertainment, Taylor Swift. And while we’re on the topic of lucrative, he also holds a seven-figure endorsement with Giorgio Armani.

The young lad from Dumfries who was stacking supermarket shelves roughly ten years ago has certainly come a long way from his merrymaking days.
