Aston Martin recently announced the DB11, as the replacement of the iconic DB9 and has issued a fresh DB11 nameplate that will soon adorn the prestigious vehicle.
“Today I am proud and pleased to confirm that the DB11 nameplate will sit on our next new car. Not only is it a sign of our intention to continue the long line of iconic sports cars that bear the ‘DB’ moniker – the very bloodline of our brand – but also shows the world our ambitious plan in action”, said CEO of Aston Martin, Andy Palmer.
Aston Martin’s ambitious plan will see the brand transforming its entire range of models, its scale and global presence with the DB11 being central to that success.
The DB11, due in late 2016, will be turbocharged and use Mercedes-Benz electrical architecture, including S-class-sourced digital instruments and switchgear.
