The Veyron may be driving into the sunset after 10 years in production, but Bugatti swears there is life beyond that slick supercar. Bugatti fans are patiently awaiting the release of the Veyron’s successor, thought to be called the Chiron. In the meantime, the exotic automaker has unveiled this insane-looking beast: the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept.
There are two reasons to be interested in the Vision GT. First, it was designed for the video racing game Gran Turismo, but instead of just creating a pixellated preview, Bugatti actually went and made the damn thing. A live display car was trotted out to spectacular effect at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show.
Second, the Vision GT serves as a preview of Bugatti’s future design language. The aesthetic is aggressive, to say the least. If you weren’t excited to see the Chiron before, you will be now.
