According to Dr. Kat Van Kirk, drinking a couple of brews before hitting the sack could be key to achieving your best sex life. Research at Italy’s Fondazione di Ricerca e Cura found that beer could be good for heart health, which in turn means better cardio endurance and increased stamina.

The phytoestrogens found in beer can make you last longer so you don’t pop before the party gets started. Dark brews in particular can help get you in the mood, as they increase red blood cells and circulation to all the important bits.
