Fast fashion is a holy thing. Just ask the guys over at the H&M Taiwan headquarters. The Swedish fashion label recently revealed its new Taiwan headquarters in the country’s capital of Taiwan, and it’s a cathedral-inspired minimalist’s dream office.
The H&M Taiwan Headquarters is home to the brand’s finance and logistics department and was designed by local firm JC Architecture, who went for a light, industrial aesthetic with materials like concrete, unvarnished wood and whitewashed walls. Another striking element of the office is its cathedral-like arched partitions, that serve to subtly separate but join communal areas like the kitchen, garden and casual seating.
“By creating the layout in a human-scale approach, with small groups and breathing spaces throughout, we provide the required privacy setting while maintaining a neutral hierarchy environment,” said JC Architecture.
