Here’s How To Get Zac Efron’s ‘Baywatch’ Abs

In case you missed it, Zac Efron has been making headlines and flooding your girlfriend’s newsfeeds recently sporting some out-of-this-world pecs and abs in the lead up to the new ‘Baywatch’ movie. But how has the 28-year-old actor gone from teen Highschool Musical heartthrob to Greek adonis in such a short period of time?

Efron’s social media has offered some insights into his grueling workout regime and diet as he prepares to play iconic ‘Baywatch’ lifeguard Matt Brody.

The star’s Instagram account, for example, has been chock-a-block with insane Ninja Warrior style workout pics, from monkey bars and sky high obstacle courses over the sand, to 50-yard tire flipping races with the caption “Blood, sweat and respect. The first two you give, the last one you earn.” Words of wisdom from tire flipping pro and co-star The Rock.

Efron was papped pre-rope swing and captioned the picture, “Honestly I have a hard time with paparazzi but s/o to this dude.” Clearly old mate knows he looks good, but who wouldn’t? It’s Zac’s Twitter, though, that’s been doing all the talking in regards to his ab-defining diet.

So there you have it. Pair zero carbs and sugar, only the best organic and free range nosh and plenty of leafy greens with Ninja style workouts and The Rock as your personal trainer and you’ll be well on your way to Efron-grade pecs and abs. As for cheat days? Efron goes for a “brick o cheese & caviar”. Can’t say we’d go for the same…
