Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife (that would be Namibian Victoria’s Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo) have put their New York City loft up for sale. Levine purchased the one-bed, two-bath Soho pad for US$4.5 million back in 2014; he’s now looking to unload it for a million dollars more.
If you have a spare $5.5 million laying around, you could soon be the proud owner of 2,800 square feet in a historic cast-iron building that dates to the early 1900s. A private elevator takes owner and guests directly to the loft, where you’ll find six original columns, restored exposed brick walls, 13-foot ceilings, and oversized windows with pristine views of Manhattan.
In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops offer a look of urban sophistication that’s perfect for the stylish Soho locale. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, while the en-suite bathroom boasts a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
A look at the photos reveals a quirky side to Adam and Behati. Note the pillow from The Nightmare Before Christmas on the bed, or the vintage Playboy pinball machine. The new owner reportedly has the option to purchase the couple’s furniture for an additional fee, but it’s unclear if those more eccentric items are included.
