If you’ve been sticking to the same old colours, patterns and cuts over the last few years in hopes of building a ‘classic’ look that will never change, it might be time for a shake-up, if this week’s most stylish men are anything to go by.
This week saw the CDFA Awards red carpet flourish with men’s style inspiration, namely from actors Alexander Skarsgård in a print tux and Ansel Elgort playing with proportions in a long jacket and cropped trousers. John Legend also changed up his suiting style in an all-green ensemble paired with brown dress shoes during a performance at the ‘Hillary Clinton: She’s With Us’ concert.
That’s not to say street style didn’t make a big statement this week. Celebrity stylist Brad Goreski got effortlessly cool in a sports jacket, khaki joggers and sneakers, Sunnery James was just as stylish as his supermodel wife Doutzen Kroes in an oversized muscle tee and round shades and Rami Malek had us wishing it was summer in a floral print shirt and bright blue trousers.
Time to give your wardrobe a new season revamp.
