His latest look is purely for the corporate players. We’re talking about the timeless navy pinstripe and Becks pulled it off perfectly at Miami City Hall overnight. The 43-year-old father of three stepped out in a pared down suit with minimal accessories and a solid grey skinny tie paired with a crispy white dress shirt. Besides his wedding ring, you couldn’t even spot a watch on Beckham which is unusual considering he tends to wear a $55,000 Rolex with a tee.
Nonetheless it’s a finely curated look which taps into Savile Row territory and the American power suit without going full Trump.
Take a lesson from Beckham gents, keep it conservative in a traditional professional environment and make sure those shoes are clean with coating of a semi-polish (you’re going to a business meeting, not a salsa competition) and that promotion will be waiting for you in no time.
It’s not coming home but who cares when you look this good in business attire.
