Outrageous Superyacht Concept Features An Infinity Pool Perched Atop A Tower

Full screen

Have a spare US$250 million lying around? If so, you might one day be the proud owner of this ultra-OTT superyacht. Designed by Gabriele Teruzzi and named Shaddai, the sleek concept vessel is packed with every perk a billionaire could want.

Shaddai’s accoutrements include oversize flat-screen TVs, a ‘beach club’ with an aquarium, cushy hangout spaces, and textiles from top Italian fashion houses. But the real star of Teruzzi’s design is obvious: the 38-metre tower that houses the owner’s cabin.

“To ascend from the ground has been a desire in the human kind since the very beginning,” the project description reads. “There are precious examples like the Tower of Babel, the Pyramids in Egypt and today in the magnificent skyscrapers. The wish to touch the clouds continues to be present in the most powerful minds.”

The master suite features a 105-square-metre terrace with a dining area, a bar, and a glass-walled infinity pool – with a waterfall, natch. It’s the perfect place to pop a bottle with Leo while a bevy of Victoria’s Secret models frolic in the pool.
