TAG Heuer has reaffirmed their status as Australia’s favourite luxury watch brand by opening their first Adelaide boutique at Adelaide Central Plaza on Rundle Mall – in an appropriately sumptuous style.
Australians have a particular affinity for TAG Heuer. It’s the watch our Prime Ministers wear, as well as a favourite of watch tragics and dilettantes alike Down Under. Did you know that their Sydney store is actually their best-performing boutique globally? From coast to coast, Aussies bloody love TAG Heuer.
But one state that’s notably been missing out on its own TAG Heuer boutique is South Australia – until now, that is. Adelaide has just been blessed with their very own TAG boutique, located on the iconic Rundle Mall, and it’s an absolute cracker.
Developed and designed by TAG’s in-house design and architectural team in Switzerland, the sumptuous boutique is minimal yet elevated. Stainless steel and glass abound, with high ceilings and plenty of light.
TAG’s latest ambassador, Australian actor Jacob Elordi – best known for his roles in The Kissing Booth and Euphoria – even made an appearance for the launch, with Adelaideians queuing around the block to get the chance to meet him as well as take a squiz at the new shop.
On his wrist: the TAG Heuer Monaco ‘Dark Lord’ (ref. CBL2180.FC6497) – a stylish blacked-out rendition of the famous chronograph that’s also proven to be a favourite of other celebrities, such as Max Verstappen, Patrick Dempsey and Kevin Akpoguma.
