Jo Lindner, aka @joesthetics on Instagram, is a German fitness influencer and bodybuilder. At just 30-years-old, he looks impressive for his age, but while some may think his sheer size looks a bit silly, there is no doubting his knowledge when it comes to exercises to perform in order to pack on some serious muscle.
He admits he used to take steroids in his younger days, but has since condoned their use, and has even shared images of his gynecomastia surgery, in the hope of warning others against the use of certain supplements.
But, supplements aside, Jo Lindner's chest workouts, calf training workouts and even home workouts all serve as great inspiration for anyone who really wants to increase the size of their muscles; he's even revealed his own fitness journey through a series of transformation photos.
His online persona, coupled with various endorsement deals and ambassador roles, have earned him an estimated net worth of $800,000. He is currently dating a girl called Nicha, who's also a fitness fanatic and has an Instagram following of her own, @immapeaches.
